Epoxy Flake Floor

Concrete Preparation

The quality of your project hinges on the preparation. Top Shelf Concrete Design begins with grinding the concrete to achieve a proper finish and then we repair any cracks and imperfections on the surface.

Apply Pigmented Epoxy

Following proper preparation, a 100% Solids Pigmented Epoxy is applied to the surface, offering impact resistance unmatched by other coatings.

Flake Application

While the epoxy is still wet, vinyl Flake is broadcast across the floor until the epoxy cannot hold any more. This creates a uniform appearance from the selected color combination.

Applying The Protective Coating

Once the excess flakes are removed and the floor is scraped flat, a UV-stable, clear protective polyaspartic coating is applied to the surface, providing the floor with superior durability and protection.
